One of our friend living in Sarvanampatti , Coimbatore . He is an Hindu native of Palakkad Kerala and the
bride is an Christian and Malaysian national. They wanted to do register marriage in the month
of April 2018 in Coimbatore .

She is visiting India and he will be stay in Race course road, Coimbatore for one week.
So they want to complete the registration process within a week and they need marriage certificate
for include spouse name in passport and apply Malaysia visa.
We approached nearby sub registrar office in Gandhipuram, Coimbatore They said that Foreigner
Marriage has to be registered under special marriage Act they have to give 30 days notice.
Any one must have local address proof. Bride must have single status certificate and NOC from Malaysia.
But the problem is he is native of Kerala and she doesn't have any local address proof for Coimbatore.
He have rental agreement and gas book only. The Bride cannot stay beyond seven days.
So let me know there is any possibility to complete the registration within a week without local
